This is a question for all you hairdressers of many years in the trade. How are your lungs.? I have been doing a bit of research into " Hairdressers lung" . I have been in the trade 32 years and for the last 12 years had a dry cough. nothing cures it. I do not smoke. But this last 10 days my chest has been aching and i will have to see doc. I have found out hairdressers are prone to ashma and other lung diseases. Has anyone else had health probs related to breathing in hairsprays and other products. |

I did a lot of cleaning for other people over the last 20 years, and was diagnosed with asthma a few years back, no one in our family ever had that, altho my Dad died from lung cancer through smoking all his working life. |
