Bought some on Friday last at Morrison's Maz - it's a combination I think of lard and marg. and does make the most wonderful shortcrust pastry!! |

... and it makes the most beautiful pastry. Haven't bought it for a while, but the last time I bought it, it was in Waitrose. |

I have some of mum's recipes and I was looking at one today and the first ingredient was Trex - I am assuming it is/was some sort of marge/fat - can anyone confirm that for me please and tell me what the 2008 equivalent is?! |
