I know I'm slow at times - but this is ridiculous! I have been one hour and seventeen minutes getting here! My computer is like a naughty child - it has its good and bad days. To-day is one when I want to go straight out and buy a new processor - but I'd better pay for the new specs first and get over that one! |

Tec, under normal circumstances I can only take myself, and anyone else serious for about ten minutes, after that my evil twin takes over and I just can't help myself trying to find a touch of humour in most circumstances! |

I'm giggling at the picture you've put in my head of the dear old lady, Tec. My "nuisance" committee member has a habit of butting in when someone is speaking. I'm fairly quiet spoken (yes I know what you're all thinking) but this particular meeting she was meeting her husband for lunch afterwards and wanted to hurry it along. She kept interrupting and announcing the next item on the agenda. I became so annoyed with her that I asked her to stop interrupting and she told me that if she didn't keep it moving I certainly wasn't going to speak up. She was very rude and I banged my hand on the table (it hurt) and said I would not allow her to speak to me like that or to any other committee member. She immediately burst into tears and made me feel so bad but she didn't interrupt again - well not at that meeting:-)) |
