Morning Allan...Havent we has some lovely weather as of late...

{ new partner } of about 5wks has just arrived, now will it be a row first or the other then a row, never a dull moment. Watch this space, then again I might get a shock they might just go straight to bed and go to sleep { I think not }

Diane, I have a silly mind - I had visions of you sat up all night with pen and paper recording details of your neighbours love life, from the bedroom above, to present to the Environmental Health Inspector.........

To save you time going back on the post, my neighbour upstair's has moved out elsewere and allowed her son to move in and since he has I have had nothing but problem's with him. Houseing have been informed of the situation and are looking into it.

On reading Diane and Linda's posts concerning neighbours, maybe I'm not so badly off after all.

In a complex of 14 townhouses and villas, I have on one side of me, a lady who won't speak to any of us because she has stopped paying her quarterly fees this year and our owners' corporation have asked her to pay her arrears - and on the other side, I have people who come from a place where they ride on the roof of trains and buses - and are known to be lazy. He pulls his garbage bin in as far as the frontage of our houses, and is too lazy to open his gate and pull it through the rest of the way!

LOL Tec I would have imagined something similar had another peep's put up what I did

Diane...thanks had not seen your earlier post...What a terrible situation to be in...Its a shame that you are not able to have a word to the parents.

Diane, I'm an Environmental Health Officer (Really!),

You could send me any transcripts of the nefarious naughties, together with any tape recordings, and if possible, a video, and I may be able to offer some advice...whether to you, or them, I'm not sure of at the moment

Both those cruises would be great wouldn't they? Personally, I would opt for the Pacific Island cruise, but depends what you want. Singapore is beautiful, and Hong Kong very commercial. We keep getting invited to Hong Kong for a holiday by a relative who lives there, but OH is not well enough to go.

Allan, Getting a passport is difficult here now. Once you just filled in the forms, sent off the fee - but now you have to travel miles to the nearest passport office to have an interview, taking birth and marriage certs, to satisfy them that you are who you say you are.

Janet, It is his mother's flat father live's elsewere, when she was there her daughter who lived with her { 15yrs } of and on used to be a problem to her mum, screamed and shouted at her mum all the time, she had her removed on one accasion by the police, very peaceful when only the mother lived there

We have to be interviewed by the local Postmaster these days, although knowing a couple of our local postmasters, I sometimes wonder why???
