Am back from my diabetic clinic with my blood results, and my cholesterol is still 4.3, so I shall continue with the cider vinegar!
Better than statins any day. Not so happy with my height at 5ft 6inches. I used to just skim the 5ft 8.

Jean. Last time I had my cholesterol done it was 3.5 or 3.6.
Doc said it was the lowest he had ever seen
Dread what it would be now.

I have gone from 5ft 5ins to 5ft 31/2ins

Do you shrink with age pmsl

I keep meaning to suggest the cider vinegar to o.h. as he is on statins.

I think the time of day makes a difference to your height, think it is best to measure first thing after your body has relaxed during sleep, as later in the day your spine sort of lets itself compact a bit so you are shorter at night than in the morning, different for me of course lol as I will be at my shortest in about an hour lol, before I go to bed and rest!

I think I have shrunk a bit tho, used to be 5'6" - will ask doctor to measure me next time I go there.

Most people shrink a bit because the pads between the vertabrae shrink with age. Can be aggravated by osteoporosis too. When you have been used to thinking of yourself as tall it is a bit of a shock to find you are only average height!
