Am back from my diabetic clinic with my blood results, and my cholesterol is still 4.3, so I shall continue with the cider vinegar! |

Most people shrink a bit because the pads between the vertabrae shrink with age. Can be aggravated by osteoporosis too. When you have been used to thinking of yourself as tall it is a bit of a shock to find you are only average height! |
