I'm waiting to hear my God-daughter's results. She's in Greece at the moment and has probably forgotten all about them, but her poor Mum's on tenterhooks. Good luck Sophie! (((X))) |

I took mine 10yrs ago aged 53, and believe you me, they are not a piece of cake, even at that age. Anybody who is successful in this, no matter what age, has to work damned well hard. So, a very big congratulations from me and very well done. |

Well thanks Joy. I always did well in history at school, but went down the road of commercial collge on leaving school. I always read history based novels, to keep up my interest, which was a two fold blessing, the history and literature. Four children, and many years later, I thought I would give the old 'A' levels a go, for my selfsatisfaction. I took English Literature and British and European History, and despite alot of hard work, thoroughly enjoyed it. |
