You could have a point there - he does love his chicken and rice - makes a change from the usual diet I suppose.

Don't know why OH insists that the dog has no brain - I know the dog can count and I know that he can work things out ...

Oh Angie - gross! He does drink the odd puddle when out but not lately so don't think it's that. (Son thinks that dogs drink puddles 'cos they are searching for the puddle that is butterscotch flavour! I think he takes after his father - definitely not me!)

It's funny that Rach - definitely when the weather heats up quickly ...

Is there some sort of connection with the digestive system of a pooch and the hot weather? Poor old mutt is back on the chicken and rice again. We've had him a few years now (ex-rescue) and the chicken and rice does sort him out but I have never worked out why it happens.

Does anyone else have a dog that suffers the same way?
