And was the driver fined for having an unrestrained animal in the front of a vehicle, cruelty to an animal and providing an inappropriate diet, and misuse of a tax disc. |

Hi Michelle, I think we are the only one's awake. Do you know what a tax disc is?? Has it someting to do with toll roads. I would be sitting there with a container under the dogs backside if it were me. |

I see you answered your own quetion AS. Our rego labels go in a pocket on the windscreen and could easily be got at by an animal exploring it's surrounding!! |
