Im sorry I dont think Im on the right board but cant find anywhere else to ask this question .
Can my OH use this site on my membership ??.
When I log my family tree comes up . My OH would like to put his family tree on without mixing it up with mine . Can this be done ?? if so Howw?? or does he have to take out his own membership???
(dont really want to do this as he already pays small fortune on other sites)

As far as I know, you can only have one tree per membership. However, your OH could join as a free member. I really don't see much difference in it, only that with free membership, you can't ask for help or do any posting on these boards. He would still have his own membership number and have his own tree.

Nothing to stop him from having a free membership and anything he wants to know - get you to do it within your membership. YOU can use "Search Trees", etc.and make contact with other members on his behalf.

Free members can get and reply to private messages. And they can keep sending messages to anybody they've already had a message from in the past.

They just can't send messages to people who have not already sent them a message.

If he gets a free account, you could send him a message right away so at least he'll be able to send you messages within the system if there's anything he'd like you to do for him!

Oh, btw ... you weren't just bragging about having a partner whose eyes don't glaze over when you talk genealogy, were you? ;)
