Without the tree this site is useless. Just renewed a subscription. Perhaps I should ask for a refund. |

Have been unable to view my tree since I deleted it and uploaded a new one. It always comes up with the root as "Has Media" which cannot be deleted. What's that all about? Sometimes I can get into the tree by searching for a known relative but lately the whole tree system seems to be unworkable. The gedcom file is reported as being OK by the way. |
