Maybe you have it sorted out by now but if not phone again and ask to speak to a manager. Sometimes the person you get talks rubbish and a good manager should sort it out. |

Thanks for that Merlin, I bought it online from B...s (as in chemist) and they are insisting it is Electrolux the manufacturer that is responsible for either replacing or repairing it. I paid for it on credit card so going to get in touch with them if it's not resolved this afternoon. |

Seems to me that it is "Unfit for purpose" and should be replaced by the Supplier, (Assuming you did.nt buy Direct from the Manufacturer.)If not trading standards should intervene,don,t forget to add the cost of eating out ect. (Expenses) **M**. |

We are in the thro's of having kitchen updated bought new electric oven online from B...s hmmmm known as chemist. last Tuesday it was fitted didn't work phoned up retailer told we had to have engineer out to test it he came yesterday verdict faulty PCboard advised to ask retailer for replacement. |
