Hi Tinky, there are 9 counties in Ulster while is N.I. Derry (Londonderry) Down Armagh, Antrim, Donegal. Tyrone, Cavan, Monaghan and Fermnagh, but three of those (Cavan, Doneghal and Monaghan) are ruled by the Republic Government as in 1922 the English and Irish agreed that they (6 counties) remain in U.K. |

Northern Ireland is part of the United KIngdom and postage costs are exactly the same as sending to Scotland, Wales or England. First and Second class stamps are OK. |

i need to send a letter to northern ireland can i put a normal first class stamp on the envelope or do i need to post the letter at the post office does anyone no? |
