Have been upstairs to see what make mine are and most are Rimmel(with Lycra). They are not too expensive and do stay on for quite a good length of time.I reckon a good 5 plus days. |

I have a Rimmel one at the moment with base and top coat and I put it on last Wednesday, it is not chipped at all. I find some of the Boots ones good too, No 7 or 17 and also L'oreal, but always use base and top coat. |

The best I've ever had is Chanel . Not only does it stay put on your nails, but it doesn't go all gunky in the bottle, fridge or no fridge, it lasts for yonks. |

I am wearing Estee lauder rose arpicot, but agree with Ann a good base top clear varish is a must as well as a decent nail polish remover. |
