Perhaps all that flying makes them so serene that they are too relaxed to have a heart attack. I've always wished I could fly - and not in an aeroplane. Perhaps it is because my maiden name was BIRD! |

You never see 'baby' birds of any sort except in the nest. They don't leave the nest until they are fully feathered and fledged. So the pigeons in your garden right now could be juveniles, only weeks old. |
