the only thing I can say to this is that I once got really bad gastric problems and the doctor put it down to eating cheese that had been frozen so personally I wouldnt risk it. I wasnt ill for days it was months |

yeah you may be best grating it before u freeze it, then u can get out as little or as much as u need if there is only the two of you hun xxx |

We freeze cheese all the time it tends to defrost a little crumbly so you may want to pre-slice it before freezing |

Has anybody froze cheese, and did it defrost okey. I ask this because I called in at a food fare at the Denby Pottery Visitors Centre today, and though I asked for a piece of mature cheddar that was not too big, it is still too big for us. The lady who was selling it, said you can freeze it, and, although I have frozen many things over the years, I have never frozen cheese. |
