Printing information

Is there anyway of printing any of the information in your family tree beyond the limited trees you can print from the family tree page.

I would like to be print extractions of the main tree which include detailed DOBs, where known, places of birth and similarly the details of death.

It is hard trying to put a list together of information you need still to find when you cannot print out the information you have already found.

No, not from GR.

You need to invest in a tree program such as FTM (Family Tree Maker) to be able to print reports with this sort of detail.

Thanks Hawkwind

Seems a shame to spend all the time and effert of putting the information in, that you cannot easily extract it.

You can extract it, it will be in the gedcom file you can export from GR, it's just that you cannot show it and print it from a GR tree.
