Just heard the latest gem re our Granddaughter. DiL taking Grannie back to the coach station after a stay, heard our Grandson thank Grannie for something, then Grannie gave DiL a note to put in Granddaughter's money box (as you do). Mum says to daughter, 'have you got something to say to Grannie?' Granddaughter says "how much?" Not quite what Mum had in mind, luckily Grannie saw the funny side of it. |
