My grandaugher is being discharged this afternoon

I got a text from her saying yeppe i'm going home
The consultant told her this morning that she would be able to go home after the appts for blood checks,and follow ups had been made and she had got her medicines from pharmacy

Wow, you wouldn't have dreamt that posible, years ago she would have been in for weeks, not days after an op like that.
