No you cant acccess adoption records. the individual record would only be available to the adoptee through their local social services or the adoption agency that dealt with the adoption |

Thanks for that, shame as the person and his adoptive father (and biological mother) are all now deceased :-( |

even if it was a parent or sibling you cant see their adoption record if they now deceased , their info dies with them I,m afraid |
