Some of the irish 1901 is available, I think, also I use Griffiths Valuations, however it's all a bit difficult. Last weekend I was visiting relatives in Roscommon and heard that a lady in the parish is trying to document all the graves in the cemetery, both old and newer, so maybe this is part of a national trend?

I have just found my grand parents on the 1911 Irish census, through up a few surprises. My mum was delighted shes 87 at christmas and the only left of ten, but does not know a lot of the family history. One brother was missing so must have been staying somewhere else, and always knew one brother was born in Scotland but found out she had two that were born in Scotland.

Waterford County Library have few family history records which you can access online.

You can also try the County libraries who may be able to direct you to registry lists.
I don't have anything for Waterford, but I found them easy to find.
Just put them in the search engine, and you will find something to help.
I do it all the time.... e-mail addresses?
Who needs them? ha ha ha
Good luck,
