Hello Linda,

I've just updated my thread with the latest news about Dad, which is good.

I would like to thank you for including him in your daily thought thread, since I posted my plea for prayers, it has been appreciated and I'm sure that everyone who reads your daily thought is inspired by what you say.

Many thanks again
love
Helen

How I agree with LinadainBerkshire.

Everyday I take 10 to 15 minutes which is me time. This is just to stop and think what is good in my life and in some very deep black times, it has taken me most of that time to even think of one thing.
I have aslo twice done somthing which most people who know me would never dream that I attempted. Thankfully it wasn't my time and so I started this ritual...it seems to have helped me a lot and I know many others feel the same way.
I do not formally "pray" or have any special technique,or time of day, I simply allow my mind to wander. I do have a few minutes when I try to think postively for those who have worrying times, or who feel hopeles or concerned about loved ones and friends or who are simply afraid etc.

How I agree with your last statememnt

Hannah Senesh:
One needs something to believe in, something for which one can have whole-hearted enthusiasm. One needs to feel that one's life has meaning, that one is needed in this world.

Have a great day everyone
