Not having a good day! I haven't been able to open my Orange email for about a week now & this is the one I use for my genealogy replies. Have you ever tried to contact these people ?
I emailed them & explained the problem , got an automated reply saying they would get back to me in 48hrs,four days later- ZILCH
so I emailed again threatening to change my server..Another automated reply with suggestions which I tried to no avail.Still can't get in,Its so frustrating! I'm reluctant to phone them 'cause after pressing a dozen numbers you get somebody you can't understand.
I thought the easiest thing to do was change my email addy on
certain sites to another email no I have starting with GR & what happens!! I put in my new email, submit & get some silly notice saying 'Oops, site name can't be changed' I was changing my email not the site name -whatever that is! I've contacted GR & await a reply
Thankyou for your patience- I feel a bit better now !!

Saying this a little tongue-in-cheek but perhaps you should contact T-Mobile, let them see what they're taking on in the merger lol

Seriously, why don' t you call them again and ask to speak to the manager, and put in a complaint. They are then obliged to get it sorted out for you, before the complaint escalates. It's what their customer service department is for, and you are within your rights to complain if the 'support' you have had has a, not resolved the problem and b, you are not happy with the service you have received.

You're right Teresa, that is the logical thing to do but I'll have to calm down a bit first !!

Sounds about right for Orange ... after 3yrs of paying by Direct Debit with no problems, I changed my bank details with them ...2 months later they cut off my mobile service ...non payment of bill! ...Rang & got someone who seemed to be sensible ... she checked & said she could not understand the problem as they had the new details on file ... 2 months later same thing happened ... tried again & asked to speak to a supervisor ... when I said that I was going to change my provider as THEY were in breach of contract. She was very appologetic & sorted it out herself on the spot.
