Not having a good day! I haven't been able to open my Orange email for about a week now & this is the one I use for my genealogy replies. Have you ever tried to contact these people ? |

Sounds about right for Orange ... after 3yrs of paying by Direct Debit with no problems, I changed my bank details with them ...2 months later they cut off my mobile service ...non payment of bill! ...Rang & got someone who seemed to be sensible ... she checked & said she could not understand the problem as they had the new details on file ... 2 months later same thing happened ... tried again & asked to speak to a supervisor ... when I said that I was going to change my provider as THEY were in breach of contract. She was very appologetic & sorted it out herself on the spot. |
