I saw the programme. I think he's great.

A few years ago I bought his book Appetite and a griddle pan for my OH. There's no keeping OH out of the kitchen now!

Did anyone watch his programme on BBC at 7.30 last night. What a refreshing chef and presenter this man is. His presentation of the recipes, was clear, clean and very informative. None of your mounds of washing up (Gary), Essex lisp (Jamie) or the F Word (Gordon). I have googled for the recipes at bbc.co.uk/digin, and printed them off, ready to have a go at them.

Edit: I did buy Jamie's new book to accompany his series in America, as it was on offer in Tesco's at £10. Very good.
