Well, although I have done very little this morning, the hip is fine, usually is, but the knee is a little better today thank you.

I guess treat the hip as that's probably causing you to walk differently and strain your knee Gillian.

Hope it worked whereever you rubbed the cream lol

Now thats a good idea. I have always creamed/sprayed the knee, but hubby thinks I am daft, so tonight I have creamed the hip, not sure yet what I think, but better be safe than sorry, do both, why did I not think of that. xx..

You have arthritus in your hip, but the pain is in your knee, where you do rub the cream, hip or knee??????
