My OH and l met Linda from Berkshire yesterday at the Usk Show South Wales.....we had a really good time, the show was great and thank you Linda and OH for being such good company.
They will be on their way home now,so hope they have a good journey home:o)

Yes we really did enjoy ourselves with you and your Hubby at the Usk show. The company was great and the weather was perfect, a little sunburned in september?
Hope you enjoyed the Boat this evening.

Gillian we enjoyed meeting Jude. Only met a few others a long time ago at the Berkshire meet, nice to meet othersa so you can put a face to the names.

It's great to meet up with folk isn't it? I am glad your get together went well and you had such a nice day.

Wish my o.h. was the sociable sort who could interact with people, sadly he is not good at meeting new people, or even people he has met once or twice before, so I don't bring him to meets lol

Hope I get to meet more people off the boards if not this year, then next.

Liz .... but you are very sociable, so get out there without him. Can you organise a local meet where you could take a bus to??

Linda and OH and us had so much in common too, it was great, we could'nt stop talking. We left about an hr and half later than planned:o))

Linda...we did'nt get burnt fortunately. The Boat was lovely as usual, not so many people but loads of dogs, including an American Pit Ball , who was absolutely gorgeous, so soppy:o)) A Bull Mastive who was just as soppy but was in his owners bad books cause he'd been in the ladies loos and eaten all the loo paper....he had to go and ask the landlady for replacements, don't think she was too pleased either!! lol There was a Black mongral who kept leaping in the river and a jackrussell!!
