A few weeks ago, I bought a packet of a certain make if mint chocolate biscuits.
Now I buy them regularly, and have never had cause to complain until then.
I bit into the biscuit & there was a foreign body in it.
I wrote to the company in question, and lo and behold,

I got a cheque for £10 from them for my trouble.
The biscuits only cost a quid and the price of a 1st class stamp.
Now that's what I call good customer service.

Hi Vicky, I have done that on several occasions, contacted a company to say how disappointed I am with goods that have not been up to standard, and had vouchers back etc.

Now you can treat yourself to some nice goodies.
Oh and sometimes I don't even need to use a stamp, I email them lol
