hi
how much did you pay to upgrade to sky plus
i have been a customer for many years and had decided to upgrade as my friend said she wouldnt be without it and so did my son who paid £99 and no installation fee tonight i have rang sky to be told £149 the box and £60 installation unless i wish to take up multi room £49 plus £9.75 a month or hd at the same price
is any one else fed up with what seems to be the longer you have been a customer with many organisations the less offers you get

Nothing.................told them I would like it but wasn't prepared to pay for the box or installation and they said OK.

We did'nt pay either. Just told them we were leaving and going to Virgin Media, they offered us sky + and 10% off bill if we kept up the sports package.
So of course we stayed...
