Hi, i'm wondering if anybody can help me. My dad was a merchant seaman for the royal engineers. I'm trying to find some information about him as he died 30 years ago. I have his seaman number but cant do anything with it? I wonder if anybody knows how to get the info with that number> |

I'm confused too. Royal Engineers serve with the Army. Merchant seamen go to sea. |
