I have got my Grandfather's release papers from the RAF wherein it shouls his rank and number. Can I find out i.e diary entries for his time 1941 to 1945 as seen on TV. Where can i do this can anyone help.

PAY BOOK,ENLISTMENT PAPERS
ND DISCHARGE PAPERS I DIDNT
KNOW HE WAS IN
GERMANY WHEN DICHARGED,
BUT HIS PAYBOOK HAS A TWO YEAR GAP

Which squadron was he in? There should be ORB's (Operations Records Books) at Kew.
