I normally make a list of things I musnt forget, other than the normal Bread, milk etc which is mandatory.

Other than that, we tend to decide what we want or fancy when looking around.

I love to make lists for holidays, I lost count of how many lists I actually made, from essentials to pack, to what clothes we were taking, and what case each lot would go in once mixed up LOL !

A well known marketing ploy, TW. The trouble with not having a list is that you end up with 10 packets of rice in the cupboard and no cereal or baked beans.

I dont' know what you mean Sue Maid *glares over specs*

I'm terrible actually. I make lists of things I need to do, but when it comes to shopping, I tend to forget the list and just take the same route round the supermarket and get the things I need. I'm pretty good at ignoring the shelves.

Trouble is, every so often they move things round, so I can't make a beeline for the things I want, I have to go looking for them. That's when willpower takes over LOL

I make a list of all the stuff I need to get but will pick up a couple of things if they're on special or as an extra. I make lists for just about everything - that's an oldies thing. You'd know about that now TW:-))))

That is the question,

Whether it is better to make a list and stick to it, or suffer the slings and arrows of the bank manager by digressing. haha

Do you make lists for shopping, or do you wander aimlessly round the supermarket and pick up whatever you remember you need?

And if you make a list do you stick to it rigidly, or do the bogofs and special offers make you buy more?
