Hi there,

I'm trying to find out where in Rycroft Cemetary my Great Grandfather is buried.

Can anyone tell me where i can find this information?

His Name was albert madeley born Circa 1878 and died around 1960

Would appreciate any advice

try the Parks & Cemeteries dept of the local Council they usually have the indexes for burials. or can put you in touch with the cemetery supervisor

Dena,

Contact the cemetery department of the local council. They should have a database of the buriels in the cemetery. Some councils do charge for a search.

Do you mean Ryecroft cemetery Walsall?

If so you can phone the cemetery and the person on duty will give you the gravestone number. I have a map of the cemetery but no names.

Just noticed on your other thread that you have visited the cemetery so if you go again ask the person on duty and he will also give you a map.
