Estelle at GR sorted it for me........There was nothing i could do as i had my წ.Julie.წ down in my personal details rather that in the community names part

And i can now see my tree which i haven't been able to for a couple of months now.

So it looks like i ain't going anywhere lol

What happens if you try another browser? I assume you're using IE?

Also try removing those წ characters in your name.

Julie if you have gr in favourites,,delete it,,this will also delete any permanent sign in,,,,,

find gr by web ,
genesreunited.co.uk

*after you sign in* add to favourites and it should sort it out....next time you come back. just look in favourites list.....

I going......I can't get on the site unless i come through the back door, have sent god only knows how many e-mail and they still haven't sorted it also i can't access my tree cos of the same reason

& to say im pissed off about in an understatement
