Sorry cant help then as it was the same format as usual when i ordered a cert on Saturday

edit; you say its moved but i am still getting the same site up when i look for cert ordering,

Have you ticked the box thats asks if the GRO ref is known

I have just tried to order a death certificate for my g aunt but since it moved its changed, it was ok till I got down to the end when it said DOR I know what that stands for but what do I put in that box I've tried everything. Thanks for your help
