Julie to cook in oil is the exact same way as in juices, just don't have the same taste. |

I always use oil to cook my roast vegetables, mainly as we both have cholestrol problems and oil is more healthy. If I am being really good I use the sparay oil, they do crisp up which is how we like them. |

I have used Crisp and Dry for donkeys years to cook my roast potatoes.I par boil then give a good shake to scratch them up and they turn out brilliant lol.No-one seems to like goose fat here. |
