	friend of mine who got upgraded on many occasions said dress well, preferably wear a hat!!

	When OH was working he was a member of BA's silver executive club. When we were flying on holiday the secret was to dress nicely, not too casual and make sure the card was seen, we were upgraded on several occasions when going to the states. Missed that when he retired,
