OH got one from the Co-op last friday. Now bearing in mind he can't even find his keys, mobile and work name tag most mornings, I wonder how long he'll be able to locate his one.

I just want to give SIL £50 for OH's quad biking on saturday. As for Keturah, Emily, Fred, Hugh and all the other who lived here, they haven't helped yet.

However, if they have ordered something antique so long as it doesn't clash with the 309 year old map of Hertford I have on the wall. (Its actually an original print from the book Chauncy's Hertfordshire published in 1700 which was a print run of 500 not all of them carried the print cos it was late from the printmakers.) I actually went into tthe antique print shop in Hertford to buy the copy he had in the window for £60 and came out with the original that cost £495. It was the most expensive thing I've ever bought!

Maybe they don't like your 21st Century decor and have ordered something for themselves "offline" so to speak. Don't be surprised if some antiques get delivered to your door with love from Casper and friends.

I know (or think I know) that it is for our own good but they are a pain aren't they?

Who's clever idea was it to issue those silly card readers? Stand up so I can shout at you!

I've had one of those damned things for 18 months now and used it once. Now I want to make a one off payment to someone can I find it? Course not. I know which box I put it in when decorating (the one at the boottom of the pile) as I retrieved it but didn't need it. After that, I put it in a safe place. I've now spent two days trying to find the safe place!

Guess I'm now going to have to go to Nat West tomorrow and ask for a new one.

Think I'll ask the previous inhabitants (you know, the ones who have "gone to a better place) of the house if they know where I put it.
