Thanks Badger i am aware of that but last year it didnt give me the option of putting in new Credit card details I clicked on renew now expecting to be able to put the card in but wasnt given the option At that time i was told that genes didnt store the card details and i wasnt able to find anywhere on my account details where the credit card details were held so as to amend it. I had changed credit card company anyway it wasnt just the fact that the old card had expired..Would have thought that as they HAD got stored info they should have come back to me saying they needed a current card.
Maybe was just a glitch then but it did cause me problems sorting it out

Edit STILL cant see where on my account details the Credit card details are stored so any amendment can be made .perhaps someone could enlighten me ??

Genes reunited will renew you without asking if you are on the membership you have said you are on.
They will be in touch though if your credit card is out of date ,because ,at the end of the day ,you are supposed to Give genes the new credit card details 'they are not after all magicians.Fred.

Sounds as if the card company were after your custom again.

Well i have just got an email from Genes saying as i am on continuous that they have renewed me!! Hope its not the same as last years fiasco that used an old outdated credit card! took me ages to sort out as the card although out of date AND cancelled nevertheless accepted a debit, Was told that having given the card nos even though it had expired ,itwas reactivated by the genes debit.I WAIT NOW to see how this year pans out!!
