Thanks for all your replies an am glad I am not alone!!! Muffy, I do understand about Margaret Beckett, tho' I haven't thrown anything yet lol

Well football is different I think - as you imagine you are there and often in oor house the referee is respectfully reminded to visit specsavers and his parentage is often called into question as well as the oohs and ahhs and what the flip!!! Usually when watching the Villa tho' it gets worse when I watch England.

I have even ranted in my car when listening to Jeremy Vine debates on radio two - am I getting old?? Is a Victor Meldrew attitude inevitable?? lolol

Programes where fashion advice is given!!!..........They tell you the unobtainable price of the 'designer' jeans.dress bag etc and then tell you that YOU can buy one similar on the High Street for 'Just'....£50.00 etc, whatever the 'Just' price is, is still too expensive.

Do you shout at adverts? Try reading the the disclaimers in small print at the bottom!

Maybelline ultra lash - 'filmed with inserts and post-production enhancement' - so useless mascara then!

That yogurt stuff for children with the annoying cartoon cow - 'One serving gives as much calcium as a glass of milk - 1 serving =2 pots'
How much is a glass? Why is 1 servng 2 pots?
Cheaper to give the child a decent sized glass of milk!

I can't watch Question Time cos it gets me sooo angry - I switch off as soon as I see it coming.
of course, I shout and swear LOADS when the Spurs are on :-) even if we're winning (not very often when on TV lol)
I do answer back though and tell the ads what a load of old bleeeeeep they are !!

I wake up - and listen to the 'Today ' programme on radio 4.
I live alone and the neighbours are starting to talk about me - as I tend to - ahem - 'talk' (in a very loud voice) to the radio as I get ready for work! ........................
