I don't know if mine is a smoke alarm at all.It may be like the ice-cream man's chimes to let people know when there are bacon sandwiches available. |

Our smoke alarm will go off when the ironing is being done, we think it is the steam. Set it off once with an air freshener spray used in it's vicinity. |

Well no,my smoke alarm seems to be particularly sensitive.It will go off if somebody strikes a match in Yorkshire and is especially fond of bacon sandwiches. |
