I did not realise that I could download books.
I have talking books delivered from the library every month.
I discovered them when I had Temporal Arteritis and was unable to read.
Still have pain sometimes, but NOTHING like it used to be... still have the books delivered monthly though, by a lovely lady volunteer... Hi Freda...(x)

Isn't it very expensive to down load a whole book ?
You can buy them, but they are usually abridged.
I have them given as presents sometimes.

There are sites which advertise free downloads, but mostly to MP3. Difficult to understand, or I sould say I found it so. Our library used to advertise a service, but I am waiting to hear back from them as to whether they still do. We have an Outreach library van every three weeks.
