Hello Everyone,

I know this is a regular topic but would appreciate the latest gossip. My subs are up for Ancestry UK very soon and they want £107.40 to renew them. To be honest I think the price is ridiculous and I would love to hear if there is a way around this, I think I only paid about £80 or £90 last year!

Best Wishes,
Jules

the £107 .40 pack is the Premium membership that now includes the London parish Records now online. I have recently upgraded and the extra £20 is well worth all the parish records i found

Hi

If you go through quidco you get 25% back

My membership was up in March it had jumped from £50 something to £80 . I phoned and queried the massive increase & they just said I had been lucky before! I cancelled my subs - a couple of months later they sent me an email offering it for £50 something again!

Remember this month the 1911 census is going to be able to be used by subs - just think what area/time you want to concentrate over the next few months

Thank You both for your comments. I thought there must be a way somewhere to get it reduced.

I've joined Quidco and got the subscription for £93.

Best Wishes and thanks again,

Jules
