Winter Drawers Ever Near

and it may be some time before I return.

Probably tommorrow..........

Just got my latest Terry Pratchett book through the post and can't put it down. Half way through it already.

I am laughing so much my husband thinks I have gone looney tunes...... nothing different there then.

I can't quite believe myself. I have stood in all seasons over the years at football games and had to be subjected to it (and still do) in my own home and now......

Terry Pratchett has written Unseen Academicals and it is about football on Discworld.

It is so funny and just really puts football into perspective.

Well see you all soon.

Back to foot-the-ball.

Terry Pratchett is about the funniest writer and makes his characters so believable.

I have returned.

Finished the book about half an hour ago. I really enjoyed it.

Just put it on the shelf with the other 30 odd books I have of his.

Now I'm starting on the third in the Eragon series, Brisingr by Christopher Paolini. Forgot I had bought it the other week.

He takes so long in between writing the books that I forgot where the last one finished, but fortunately there is a synopsis at the beginning of this one.

763 pages and in really small print. I need a large magnifying glass to read this!
