Real trees or artificial ones?

One of my elderly peeps has an artificial one but it can only take lightweight lights.

It's not very sturdy. Nice idea though if you are short on space.

If they're real they can probably sell you half a tree for the cost of a whole one!!!

I have not seen half tree's but I did notice in the Studio catalogue that they are selling upside down christmas tree's, so the wide part is at the top

will the presents be cut in half as well so as to keep everything in proportion?

Stevie

Stevie Report 7 Oct 2009 00:56

Why not buy a whole one...........Then very carefully cut it two.

Then put one half on the inside wall & other on the outside & claim its growing through the house. lol

:o)))

Wouldn't it make the fairy get a little dizzy? Or a bit embarrassed to find she'd lost half her frock?

The upside down ones look odd, dont fancy one of them.
The half ones look good though. I for one put my tree in a corner and end up with the best decorations at the front where you see them. That goes for lights too. Most of them are at the front.

My Mum always had paper half trees snowmen on the wall.

Hiya, l've got one of those half trees it goes on the wall outside and has lights attached, looks really nice with other outside decorations.

I was waiting for an Aussie comment on the upside down ones!

Should have known it would come from you, Allan!
