Since I've been laid up with a bad back I've broken a habit of the last 10 yrs and started watching day time TV.,,,,,,,OMG it's a different world out there lol.

Anywaaaay.......I have to confess......I just shed a tear watching Jeremy Kyle LOLOLOL.

My friend and I were having a funny half hour yesterday (after watching Jeremy Kyle oddly enough) and we burst into song singing the theme tune to sons and daughters !!!!

I was amazed to realise that I remembered ALL the words to it !!

Odd really when I couldn't tell you what I had for dinner yesterday...........

That happens with Alzheimers Muffy, when you can remember in detail things that happened years ago, but nothing from a few minutes ago :-)

sons n daughter used to be on when i got in from school, just before the cartoons come on lololol

I remember picking my kids up from school. The whole school would be cleared of kids and parents in record time, just so we could get home in time for Son & Daughters. There would be no stopping at the shop on the way for sweets, those will have been bought in advance in the morning.

It was amazing just how quickly that playground, in fact, the entire street, would be emptied in the afternoons. Unlike after they stopped Sons & Daughters, then we'd all hang about for a natter, stop at the shops, and possible dawdle in the door at around 4.00pm.

yeah n all us kiddies cldnt wait for it to finish lolol
