Had a full nights sleep in my own bed (as opposed to propped up by cushions on the sofa) last night and woke up virtually pain free (aside from a slight cramp in my right knee).......

NO painkillers today whatsoever .......so guess what?

Can I hear the distant sound of a glass chinking ??.........and loud slurping noises ?.............chin chin................LOL

THey DO have really really bad teeth don't they? lololol and they mostly wear trainers with EVERYTHING.......there's a kind of comfort in the predictability though isn't there? LOL
