Elizabeth, we have had a year of it! The washing machine broke down the same time as the computer, earlier this year. New washing machine bought. Computer repaired.

Microwave died a few weeks ago, going to get a spare one I have out of storage this week.

O.h.'s bike broke, two week's after warranty ran out. He had to pay for repairs.

Hope you get your washing machine fixed pdq, it's not the time of year to have washing hanging around.

What a weekend for things breaking down - taps in bathromm sink - got replaced yesterday - could not turn the cold one on.

Todayh the washing machine stopped working properly.
The machine fills up with water, the dial goes thru the cycle, but the drum does not go round,
I've now got a load of very wet washing over the bath.

Another call out to be made tomorrow.
