Just to say we had a lovely time in Normandy and that we visited many churches and cathedrals, all of which are real sanctuaries and so peaceful.

Whilst in Bayeaux Cathedral I lit a candle whilst thinking of all my friends on GR and in particular Jean and Caz who have had so many health problems lately.

Sending healing thoughts to Lynn, Jean Durant, Vicky, Liz[Diamond]. Rita, Daff, Keith[Hoff], Deanna, Joyce[Dutch]. Dizzi, Black Rose, York/Caz, Mummo's Mother, Hula, Hayley and her Mum, Diane, Mac and all in need of our thoughts today.

Hoping Jean is now improving and sending extra healing thoughts for her.

Still thinking of Huia as she needs our thoughts to help her while her husband is waitng in hospital for the care he needs.

Adding Puss and Specky as they have had news about Specky's health which is not too good. I will be thinking of you both Puss
