Maggie, well done you for not interrogating her after the wedding, I am not sure I would have been able to hold back from asking, since she didn't drink etc

I do hope all goes well and it will soon be common knowledge so you can chat away without fear of letting the cat out of the bag!

Nice, but she will have to be VERY careful in future!

Liz,
My other daughter & I sort of guessed. At the wedding she didn't drink and under normal circumstances we know she would have got bladdered, especially as they were staying in the hotel the wedding was held in, and someone else had their other children!!
I had also noticed she'd got plumper - but didn't want to say anything case she had just put on weight!
I'm soooo frustrated at the moment - she hasn't told her sister and I want a good gossip with her, but daren't phone in case I 'let slip'

Maggie, that's lovely news, but how on earth did your daughter keep things to herself, even through the wedding celebrations!
Hope all goes well and they only have as many surprises as they want lol

Alison, wonderful news about your stepson and his wife too. All good wishes to them as well as Maggie's daughter.

Wish my son would meet someone nice and give me grandchildren.

I hope you don't mind Maggie but I thought I'd share my news too. My stepson and his wife are expecting their first child after many years and lots of IVF. Due in March and even though we are a good 12 hours away we can't wait. We also naturally think that the baby wil lbe gorgeous, dad is a fair Aussie and mum is Japanese. Bub just has to be cute!!

I'm sooo glad you're all being discreet - I knew I could trust you! LOL
I've just told my mum - it'll be her 4th great grandchild - just hope she doesn't put it on FB!!

Kitty - surprise is possibly a better word - but it sounds like they didn't know how it came about!! LOL
