	WE HAVE BEEN BUILDING A SET FOR TWO YEARS IN OO GUAGE FOR GRANDSON BUT TOO BIG SO HAD TO CHANGE TO N GUAGE SO NOW SELLING OO WHICH MOST BELONG TO HUSBAND NEW LAYOUT IS 5FT6 X 2 FT 6,,,STILL FILLS BEDROOM
