Off to see my parents today, some may remember the hard times last spring when my father had major heart surgery, well they have a new flat now and I have finally been asked to go and see it.

Sending healing thoughts to Lynn, Jean Durant, Vicky, Liz[Diamond]. Rita, Daff, Keith[Hoff], Deanna, Joyce[Dutch]. Dizzi, Black Rose, York/Caz, Mummo's Mother, Hula, Hayley and her Mum, Diane, Mac and all in need of our thoughts today.

Hoping Jean is now improving and sending extra healing thoughts for her.

Still thinking of Huia as she needs our thoughts to help her while her husband is waitng in hospital for the care he needs.

Adding Puss and Specky as they have had news about Specky's health which is not too good. I will be thinking of you both Puss
